Venue Groups
This is where you create a group of venues, if utilizing the Map feature. Venue groups can be linked to events, making check-in only available when a member is within the Checkin Radius of the venues within that particular venue group.
Create a New Venue Group

- Enter name for the Venue Group.

- Enter Description for the Venue Group.

- Select if you would like the Venue Group name to be displayed within the map.

- Select Map Icon Color.

- Upload Map Icon.

- Click “Save” to create the venue group
Note
You are able to add and remove individual venues from the venue groups that are created from the Venues tab.
This makes it easy to change eligible check-in locations for events without having to edit them within the event or re-assign the full venue group.
