Record Attendance
This is a manual way to record attendance for a member that may have had a technical issue or wasn’t awarded points for an event they attended.

- Select the event.
- 2
- Select the member.
- 3
- Edit the time they first arrived.
- 4
- Select the “Record Attendance” button.
Tip
This is the best option to award attendance points, just in case a ticket scan for the member comes in later on it will not award double the points.
It is ideal to have the correct arrival time to log the attendance, especially if there are any early arrival bonus points associated with the event.
Note
Once the member is selected, the system will tell you any attendance record data for the event selected.
