Creating a New Poll Story

Poll your members for their opinions and show them how it compared to other users, awarding points for participating in poll questions.

Provide fans a rewarding engagement activity by awarding points to the fans that respond to poll questions.

Best Practices

  • Use polls to gain fan insight on how their gameday experience is/was
  • Ask predictive questions like what song would you like to hear next or which player will score first during the game
  • Use questions to pull information from fans to provide data points to sponsors. You can gather sponsor data like who fans bank with as points give fans an incentive to answer, and sponsors will love the detailed information more than just a name and email address.


Creating New Poll Story

Go here in the Admin

  1. Select if you want to require attendance to view the story. 
  2. Select the date and time your story will be live and expire.
  3. Add question.
  4. Add available answers.
  5. Add how many points members can earn for answering.
  6. Add optional graphic that will be displayed above the question.
  7. Add optional visibility filters by segmenting certain groups allowed to see the story by using tags or membership levels.

  8. Click Submit.

Note

Keep your questions as short as possible as members only have 15 seconds to answer the question. 

You are able to add more than four possible answers, but this will change to a dropdown menu for the member to select their answer.
