Offer Dashboard

Here you are able to see all live, upcoming, and expired offers. These lists provide the total impressions and redemptions for each offer.

New Offer

1: Enter Offer Title.
2: Enter Offer Description.
This is all details about the offer including terms and conditions or participating locations.
3: Enter Graphic.
800x800 pixels and in PNG, JPG, or GIF format.
4: Enter maximum redemptions across all members. 0 is unlimited.
5: Enter days between redemptions for an individual member.
6: Enter Offer available dates.
7: Enter Redemption Instructions.
8: Filter access by tags or membership levels.
9: Enter venue(s) or venue group required for members to be located in order to redeem.
10: Click Create Offer.

Tip

Redemptions Instructions should be to provide instructions for the cashier or person at the partner location to give the member the offer.

This is very flexible and could include a promo code, QR code, or bar code, along with text. This should be viewed as the offer coupon and appear to be very similar to any coupon you have ever used.

Note

You are able to sell access to offers by making membership levels available by purchase and filtering the access to offers by the membership level purchased.
