Offers and How to Create a New Offer
Present exclusive deals and coupons to all (or a segment) of fans.
Best Practices
Create exclusive offers and discounts fans redeem without spending points. Think of these offers like deals that would be available in a coupon book but now easy to access digitally in your program. Once a fan redeems an offer, instructions (that can include bar/QR codes) are displayed for the cashier to fulfill, making it compatible with any system. Limits can be placed to restrict how many times a fan can redeem an offer and how many redemptions can be made by an entire fan base. Impressions and redemptions are tracked and downloadable to share fan data with partners.

- 25% off or BOGO coupons for various food partners or your own concessions/merchandise

- University Bookstore deal - $10 off your purchase after the game
- Offers can be restricted by time and segmented fans, i.e. offer a sandwich to all attendees of a particular game because the team won - no paper coupons needed

- Enter maximum redemptions across all members. 0 is unlimited.

- Filter access by tags or membership levels.

Tip
Redemptions Instructions should be to provide instructions for the cashier or person at the partner location to give the member the offer.
This is very flexible and could include a promo code, QR code, or bar code, along with text. This should be viewed as the offer coupon and appear to be very similar to any coupon you have ever used.
Note
You are able to sell access to offers by making membership levels available by purchase and filtering the access to offers by the membership level purchased.
Custom Redemption (Optional)
Choose between an internal or external link if you would like the customer to redeem the offer within the app instead of outside of the app. Redemption Instructions can include (for external links) adding promo code or QR codes to display at checkout for the partner to use.
