Orders

The orders page is where you will find all redemptions from your program’s members. You can easily toggle to which list of orders you would like to see at the top.

Tip

When fulfilling orders, it’s best to sort through either the open orders, shipping orders, or pickup orders for your needs. 

You can also search for orders using the search bar in the upper right and enter a member’s name, their email, order or bundle id, or even the item they ordered.

Loaded Value Orders will only be available if FanMaker is your loaded value provider. For more information, please contact help@fanmaker.com.

Completing an Order

Shipping Order

1 Click View Order on the order you are completing.

2 Select the shipping method.

3 Insert the tracking number if applicable.

4 Click Save Shipping Info.

5 Click Mark as Shipped.

Note

If canceling an order, simply click Cancel Order. This will revert the order, add the item inventory back into your prize store and award (refund) the points spent back to the member’s balance.

Tip

Add Shipping Method and Tracking Number so when the order is marked as shipped an automated email with those details can be sent with the Prize Shipping Update Email

Pickup Order

1 Click View Order on the order you are completing.

2 Click Mark as Picked Up.


FAQs

  • When do orders appear in the dasboard?
    • Prizes - Right after a person redeems the item from the Prize Store, it will appear in the orders tab.
    • Sweepstakes - When the sweepstakes closes, a winner is drawn. You can redraw the winner of sweepstakes in the "Ended Sweepstakes" tab if you go to the sweepstakes you are hoping to redraw.
    • Auctions - As soon as the Auction End date and time hits, assuming there was at least one user who made a bid past the minimum bid amount.
  • Can you mark multiple orders complete at the same time? Not at this time. However, you can contact your FanMaker representative or help@fanmaker.com with this request. Please include either the list of order IDs you would like completed, or the date that you would like all orders redeemed before to be completed or cancelled.
  • How do I refund an order? Cancel the order and points will be immediately refunded to the User
