Adding Prizes to Your Prize Store
There are three prize types for members to redeem their points on; sweepstakes, auctions, and items. If you have a Stripe account set up within your program, you can also give members the option to purchase cash items.

Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes work like any raffle drawing. Members can enter a sweepstakes using their points. Members can enter as many times as they want up to their total available balance. Members will not receive any points back, even if they are not drawn as a winner of the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes are great for experiences, autographed items, or any high value item.
From the sweepstakes dashboard you’re able to sort by active sweepstakes, upcoming sweepstakes, ended sweepstakes, and all sweepstakes.
Creating a New Sweepstakes

- Enter Sweepstakes Title.

- Enter Terms & Conditions.

- Upload the image shown in your prize store.

- Optional: Enter any filter tags you would like members to filter this sweepstakes by.

- Optional: Filter who can see the sweepstakes by entering any tags or membership levels that you would like to see this sweepstakes.

- Select the quantity of winners drawn.

- Optional: Select if you would like the first sweepstakes entry to be free.

- Optional: Select if you would like the first sweepstakes entry to be free only if entered through the mobile app.

- Optional: Enter the cash value of the sweepstakes prize.

- Optional: Enter the product weight if applicable.

- Enter the amount of points needed per entry.

- Select the sweepstakes start date and time.

- Select the sweepstakes end date and time.

- Select the date and time the winner(s) will be drawn.

- Select if prize will be shipped or picked up.

- Optional: For desktop only. Select if this sweepstakes will be visible to everyone or if you would like to create a private URL.

Tip
Requiring members to enter through the mobile app for free entry is a great way to increase your app downloads.
Items
Items are prizes that members can simply redeem the amount of points that prize is worth and receive it. This is great for tangible merchandise, hoodies, jerseys, novelty items, etc.
From the items dashboard you’re able to sort by active items, inactive items, and all items.
Creating a New Item

- Enter item title.

- Enter item description.

- Upload image shown in the prize store.

- Optional: Enter a redemption limit per user for this item.

- Select the date this item will be available to members.
- 6
- Optional: Enter a page you would like members to sort by within the prizes - e.g: T-shirts, Clearance, Experiences.

- Optional: Add product options - e.g: Small, Medium, Large for apparel.

- Optional: Add cash value.

- If you didn’t add product options, enter the total quantity in stock.

- Optional: Enter the product weight.

- Enter the total number of points the item will cost to redeem.

- Select Spend points to redeem as the purchase method.

- Select shipping purchase type.

- Select if shipping, pickup, or both will be the method of delivery.

- Optional: Enter delivery instructions for the method of delivery if they differ from your default instructions.

- Optional: If your item is a coupon code that can be sent digitally, select Digital Code Delivery as your method of delivery and upload your file that includes the codes.

- Select if you would like the item to be active or inactive.

- Optional: Filter who can see this item by entering any tags or membership levels that you would like to see this item.

Note
If you add product options for your item, each option must have a quantity. Quantity in Stock for the item will be equal to the sum of the quantities of the options.
Cash Items
Cash Items are prizes that members can simply pay for and receive it. This is great for selling game experiences, merchandise, or points.
From the cash items dashboard you’re able to sort by active items, inactive items, and all items.
Creating a New Cash Item

- Select the date this item will be available to members.

- Optional: Enter a page you would like members to sort by within the prizes - e.g: T-shirts, Clearance, Experiences.

- Enter the dollar value it will cost a member to purchase this item.

- Enter the dollar value it will cost a member to have this item shipped.

- Select if shipping, pickup, or both will be the method of delivery.

- Optional: Enter delivery instructions for the method of delivery if they differ from your default instructions.

- Optional: If your item is a coupon code that can be sent digitally, select Digital Code Delivery as your method of delivery and upload your file that includes the codes.

- Optional: Select if this is a membership extension, select the membership level, the total amount of days to extend the membership, and enter the fulfillment message.

- Optional: Select if this is a subscription plan, select the subscription plan, select if it’s a reoccurring plan, and enter the fulfillment message.

- Optional: Select grant points to award the member points for purchase, enter the total amount of points granted, and the fulfillment message.

- Select if you would like the item to be active or inactive.

- Optional: Filter who can see this item by entering any tags or membership levels that you would like to see this item.

Auctions
Auctions have members bid against each other to win the prize. Members can set their max bid of points so they don’t have to continue to watch the auction if they don’t want to. Once their max bid is outbid, they will receive an email notifying them. Members can bid up to their total available balance. Members will receive all of their points back, if they are not the winning bidder. Auctions are great for experiences, autographed items, or any high value item.
From the auctions dashboard you’re able to sort by active auctions, upcoming auctions, ended auctions, and all auctions.

- Enter the minimum amount of additional points a bid must contain in the Bid Increment.

- Enter the total amount of points the first bid must meet or exceed.

- Select the auction start date and time.

- Select the auction end date and time.

- Select the number of days you would like the action to continue to be viewable after it has ended.

- Enter the date and time at which you would like to send an “Auction Ending Soon” reminder to all users who have placed a bid within this auction.

- Select if prize will be shipped or picked up.
