Achievements

A place to reward your Fans for achieving specific goals like First login, First Concession Purchase and First Game attended. Achievements can have their own achievable dates and display from dates, to customize when your fans can see their eligible achievements and when they can achieve them.

Achievement Dashboard

Includes:

  1. Title of Achievement
  2. Description of Achievement
  3. Achievable From Date
  4. Achievable To Date
  5. Display From Date - when the achievement begins to display your users
  6. Display Until Date - when the achievement stops displaying to your users
  7. Graphic - does it contain a graphic - true/false

Steps to Add an Achievement:

  1. Add a Title
  2. Add Description - of how to earn the achievement
  3. Set Achievable From/Achievable Until Dates - Dates the achievement can be unlocked
  4. Set Display From/Display Until Dates- Dates the achievement is displayed in the app
  5. Add a Graphic - must be 1000 x 1000 PNG or GIF. It will be shown after the achievement is earned.
  6. Add an Rule to Unlock Achievement

  7. Optional : Assign to Achievement Rule Group - This can be a group of similar achievements that would be displayed together on the front end. For instance "Getting Started" could include all "First" achievements like First Login or First Game Attended.

  11. First Prize Redemption or Sweepstake Entry
  12. First Offer Redemption
