Site Name

This is in reference to your program’s site.

URL

This displays the main URL for your program. There are other URLs when linking off to the prize store or a member’s activity page but they are all linked to this main URL. You can change this at any time. For example if you decide to rebrand your program you may need to change the main URL as well.

Page Title

What is entered here will be what’s going to be displayed at the top of the screen on desktop and mobile web.

Tip

We recommend that the Page Title is the same as the site name. However, this may be a little different if you have a sponsor involved with your program title.

Timezone

It is very important to note that the time zone you set here is the time zone everything else will be displayed in. For example if your program is based in the Central Time Zone, you would likely want to set this to the Central Time Zone because this will ensure when setting up an event the start and end times will be set for the Central Time Zone.

Note

On desk top your events will always be listed as the time zone set here. However, if a member is using the mobile app or mobile web the site will use their location and adjust the time accordingly to the time zone they are located.

For example, if your event is set to start at 7pm Central Time, but the member is located in the Eastern Time Zone, the start time for this event will display 8pm for that member.
