- 3
- Select how you want to group the leaderboard lines shown using the Group by dropdown.
- Users - This is the default and each line shown on the leaderboard will be an individual user that also has the assigned tag. This is a traditional leaderboard of individual members.
-
Tags - This is if you want groups of members to compete against each other.
Tip
A great use case for grouping by tags is if you want the members of fraternities and sororities to compete against each other.
In this case you would list all of the fraternities and sororities tags within the “Restrict Leaderboard” section and select tags in the “Group By” dropdown. In order for this to work you would need to make sure that your members are tagged correctly by the fraternity or sorority house they belong to.
Note
User Tag Options is a great way to create multiple leaderboards for segments of your members.
For example, if you have students, alumni, and general fans within your program and each are individually tagged by the group they belong to you could have three All Time Leaderboards. One for each group, All Time Student Leaderboard, All Time Alumni Leaderboard, and All Time General Fan Leaderboard.
