Email Design

There are a few settings here to provide a design that matches your program and brand through the emails sent through your program and the FanMaker system.

Email from address.

Set this to something simple that describes who the email is from. Letters, numbers, and underscores only.

Email heading banner.

The email heading banner is displayed at the top of most emails. Image must be 640px wide, height is variable.

Accent color.

The accent color will be used as the background color of the header if a recipient has images turned off (replacing the banner image). It may also be used to color general text headers. This color will always be shown against a white background, and any text inside of it will be white.

Email signature.

The email signature will appear beneath the content of many automated emails.

Note

This doesn’t support HTML or links. So if you’re looking to provide links at the bottom of your emails, it may be best to leave this blank and create a signature at the bottom of the emails you’re sending instead.
