Attendance Dashboard
Defaults to show the most recent game or the current game if one is currently happening.
Note
You can sort this with the dropdown in the upper right. Events are in order of the most recent at the top.
Total Attendance
This is the total of unique people attending the game.
Watch
This is the total of people that watched the event if that feature is turned on for the event.
Members
This is the total percentage of the “Total Attendance” that are members of the program, that were identified by ticket scans or checking in.
Ticketing
Total amount of paid revenue for the event. We pull this from a ticketing integration if one is applicable.
Concessions
If you have a POS integration in place, this will show the total revenue from your food and beverage purchases for that event.
Merchandise
If you have a POS integration in place, this will show the total revenue from your merchandise for that event.
Attendance Activity
This chart shows the initial attendance for each person and what method was used for the attendance.
Note
The totals in this chart will not add up to your total attendance, as these are individual member totals.
For example, if a member has 4 seats scanned, all 4 will go towards your total attendance, but it will only count as the one individual member within this chart.
Attendance Details
This provides some insight into how early arrival bonus points and stay late bonus points may be making a difference in terms of how much longer members are in your venue versus non-members. This provides segmented groups for who attended at different times throughout the event.
Tip
Clicking on these numbers will bring you to the list of members within that segment.
This can be useful to communicate to those members who may have arrived after the event started about early arrival bonus points and it may incentivize them to change their behavior, arrive earlier, and may spend more money within your venue.
Top Sections
This provides an idea of which sections have the most members and how many are attending.
Top Members
This provides the top members by total points within your program. It also shows how much those members spent at that particular event.
Tip
Tip: If you click “View All” this will provide a complete list of everyone that attended the game.
This list will provide the totals each member spent at concessions and merchandise, how many points they earned for attending and purchasing, as well as their attendance stats regarding their arrival and duration of attendance.
Revenue
This chart maps the totals for concessions and merchandise and when they were made over the duration of the event.
Tip
If you click “View All” this will show you every purchase at that event. It breaks down who made them, what they purchased, where they purchased, how much they spent, and the time of the transaction.
Top Concession Categories
This shows you the top 5 categories for concessions and how much revenue was made from each during the duration of the event.
Top Merchandise Categories
This shows you the top 5 categories for merchandise and how much revenue was made from each during the duration of the event.
Top Concessions Locations
This shows the top 5 concession locations and how filtered by how much revenue was made at each location.
Top Merchandise Locations
This shows the top 5 merchandise locations and how filtered by how much revenue was made at each location.
Top Concessions Skus
This shows the top 10 concession items, filtered by how much revenue was made by each item.
Top Merchandise Skus
This shows the top 10 merchandise items, filtered by how much revenue was made by each item.
