These instructions will be included within all order confirmation emails here, unless you enter specific instructions within an item, sweepstakes, or auction. Then the member will receive those specific instructions.
Tip
Make it clear how flexible or how restricted you want your pickup or shipping windows to be.
For instance, use some language like the following for pickup:
Pickup your prize anytime Monday-Friday, 9-5 at the ticketing office and simply let the front desk know you are here to pickup your prize for the program.
Include a worker's email (could be a support email inbox) or phone number for them to call to set-up a time for pickup
Could be a set time for pickup (first game of the month hosted at venue x, every Tuesday home basketball game, pickup day is only at the end of the season/school year/etc.). Great for teams with limited capacity for prize pickups!
For shipping, use language like:
Orders will be shipped out on the 1st Monday of every month
Orders will be delivered 3-4 weeks after the order is placed

Points can be redeemed at any time. Items will be picked up at the Spring Football game to be held at 4/20 from 6:30 - 8:30. Go to the lower concourse, Gate B and check in at the Athletic Sales table for prize redemption. Redemption can also be done the week of the April 22nd by appointment. To pick up your item(s), click (link to a Google Form or Calendar link) to select a date and time in the future to pick up your item(s) from the Rewards Booth, located at...

Prizes redeemed will be mailed to you in 3-5 business days!
If you choose to accept this prize, please complete the prize affidavit (link here to Google Doc, etc.) If the form is not completed within 30 days of receiving this email, your prize will be forfeited. Please allow up to 4 weeks shipment time of the item(s), if applicable.
