Create a new poll in the admin here
Poll your members for their opinions and show them how their answer compared to everyone else's, awarding points for taking part.
Polls live under Point Earning › Polls.
Give fans a rewarding engagement activity by awarding points to the fans who respond to poll questions.
Use polls to gain fan insight on how their gameday experience is or was
Ask predictive questions like what song they would like to hear next, or which player will score first during the game
Use questions to pull information from fans to provide data points to sponsors. You can gather sponsor data like who fans bank with — points give fans an incentive to answer, and sponsors will love the detailed information more than just a name and email address.
Go to Point Earning › Polls and click New Poll, or go straight here in the admin.
1. Under Poll question, enter your Question (up to 60 characters).
2. Enter Points for answering.
3. Fill in your Answers. You need at least two and can add up to eight, each up to 22 characters.
4. Under Details, add an optional Image to display with the poll.
5. Under Schedule, set Go live on and Expire after, or tie the poll to an event with Require attendance at an event? Both dates are pre-filled with live now and gone in seven days.
6. Under Audience & Visibility, optionally restrict who sees the poll using the allow list, the block list, or allowed membership levels. Leave them empty and every member sees it.
7. Click Create poll.
The polls list shows views and the number of responses for each poll. Open a poll for total responses, the number of options, and the leading answer.
Click Full response list for the complete picture: total responses, unique responders, impressions, responses by day, responses by answer, every individual response, and a Download CSV button.
