Total Members

This is the number of users with an account in your program.

Note: This includes ALL accounts, including those that have never logged in. It doesn't include any deleted accounts.

App installs

This is the total number of app installs. This total is not unique and may be a larger number than total members. Since this is the total number of app installs, including if a member has the app downloaded on more than one device.

Note: We're only notified when an app is installed, not when a member un-installs an app. However, if a push notification is sent and it is rejected by a member because the app is no longer installed, we're notified at that time.

Push Subscribers

This is a live number as we are notified any time a member subscribes or unsubscribes to push notifications.

Engagement

This shows the total page views for desktop and mobile over the last 30 days. It may provide a high level view regarding engagement during event dates versus non-event dates.

Note: Mobile is the consolidated amount of mobile web and the mobile app.

Upcoming Events

These are the events that are created and upcoming in the next 30 days.

Points

Reviews how many points have been spent and earned within the last 30 days.

Signups

If your program is open to registration, this shows the total number of registrations within the last 30 days.
