Creating a New Sweepstakes

Create a Sweepstakes here in the Admin

Sweepstakes work like any raffle drawing. Members can enter a sweepstakes using their points. Members can enter as many times as they want up to their total available balance. Members will not receive any points back, even if they are not drawn as a winner of the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes are great for experiences, autographed items, or any perceived high value item.

Tip: Sweepstakes can be little to no cost to you but have a high value to the fan.

Experiences or items that can be great to include for your fans include:

• Stadium Tours

• Meet and Greets with Players and/or Coaches

• Sideline Passes

• Watch a Practice

• Signed Items from Players/Coaches/Ex-Players

• Programs from Important Games of the Past

Include a Partner or Sponsor into your experience for activities like:

• Exclusive Discounts

• Travel Package with a group of fans for an away game

• Gift Card/Coupon from your Partner

Creating a New Sweepstakes

1. Enter Sweepstakes Title

2. Enter Description

3. Enter Terms & Conditions

4. Upload the image you will display in your prize store

5. Optional: Enter any filter tags you would like members to filter this sweepstakes by Ex. Bobblehead, Signed Item, Experience, etc.

6. Optional: Filter who can see the sweepstakes by entering any tags or membership levels that you would like to see this sweepstakes - ex. students, fan, season ticket holder, donor, etc.

7. Select the quantity of total # of winners drawn

8. Optional: Select if you would like the first sweepstakes entry to be free

9. Optional: Select if you would like the first sweepstakes entry to be free only if entered through the mobile app

10. Optional: Enter the cash value of the sweepstakes prize

11. Optional: Enter the product weight if applicable

12. Enter the amount of points needed per entry

13. Select the sweepstakes start date and time

14. Select the sweepstakes end date and time

15. Select the date and time the winner(s) will be drawn

16. Select if prize will be shipped or picked up

17. Optional: For desktop only. Select if this sweepstakes will be visible to everyone or if you would like to create a private URL

18. Click Save

Drawing a Winner

We draw the winner via a randomized shuffle and we don't notify the final end user until you complete out the sweepstakes. Winners can also be redrawn. Go to the Sweepstakes Dashboard - Ended Sweepstakes and click on the sweepstakes that has ended to either redraw the winner, cancel the sweepstakes or close it out.

Tip: Free to enter sweepstakes can be great to start off a program with, and you can advertise that to your potential users when you market the program. Requiring members to enter through the mobile app for free entry is a great way to increase your app downloads.

Tip: For Start and End times for your Sweepstakes we'd suggest doing a small window of time (ex. one week, two week, one month, etc.) instead of running it during the duration of your season to get the most interest and entries for your sweepstakes. Our most successful programs even run multiple sweepstakes per week to give multiple options for fans to enter.
