To create mobile wallet passes through Fanmaker, please submit your artwork and settings using the following specifications for Android and Apple Wallet formats.
Send completed artwork to help@fanmaker.com for the Fanmaker team to begin their dev work on the pass.
Submit the following assets in PNG format with transparent backgrounds:
logo: 320 × 100 Your rewards logo or team logo. Left Justified and transparent.
icon: 58 × 58 A small version of your logo. Transparent and centered.
strip: 1536 × 512 This is your hero image. Format similarly to Android's heroImage.png — centered rewards logo over a colored or branded background. Doesn't need to be your rewards logo — this can be a solid team logo, an image, or a graphic with a color overlay.
Submit the following assets in PNG format with transparent backgrounds unless noted:
logo.png: 600 × 600 Centered logo — can be rewards-specific or team-generic. Can be transparent or include a background. White will be added to background if no color added.
widelogo.png: 1280 × 400 Often Rewards-specific branding, but could be more generic to your team. Centered, transparent logo with enough padding on each side.
heroImage.png: 1032 × 336 Centered rewards logo on top of a background its most common (but can use other graphics)— this can be a solid team, logo, an image, or a graphic with a color overlay.
The color palette for Wallet Passes must be defined. These values impact the look and legibility of your passes across both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Apple Wallet supports three color fields in the pass JSON. Define in defined in HEX and/or RGB formats.
Usage: Main background of the pass. Visible on: Entire pass background (behind all fields).
RGB: rgb(21,71,52)
HEX: #154734
Foreground Color Usage: Color of text (field values), barcode, and transparent areas in logos. Visible on: All primary content — barcode, seat numbers, names, etc.
RGB: rgb(221,203,164)
HEX: #ddcba4
Label Color (Apple Wallet Only) Usage: Color of field labels (e.g. "Member", "Points"). Visible on: Small label text above field values.
RGB: rgb(255,255,255)
Google Wallet uses a simplified color model and automatically adjusts text color based on the background.
hexBackgroundColor
Usage: Primary background of the pass.
Visible on: Card body and edges.
Example: "#004080"
Foreground Text Color
Behavior: Google automatically selects white or black text for optimal contrast.
Control: You cannot customize the foreground or label text color directly.
Label Color: Not supported in Google Wallet.
When submitting your design assets, please also specify the following:
Show Points: yes / no
Show Balance: yes / no
Show Level: yes / no
Name of Pass: (Typically the name of your loyalty program)
Fanmaker can create your pass design for you! Just provide the following:
Logos (team and rewards)
Brand colors and HEX codes
Background imagery (or instructions if you'd like us to use existing graphics)
Any preferences for layout or styling
