Punch cards (managed here in the admin) give you a simple, effective way to incentivize repeat attendance and drive ongoing fan or sponsor engagement. Whether used to boost turnout at Olympic sports, preseason matchups, or partner locations, punch cards turn small actions into big wins for your program.
There are two punch card lists, and each one lives with the thing it rewards:
Events › Event Punch Cards — cards punched by attending events, or by reading content.
Point of Sale › Purchase Punch Cards — cards punched by buying things: qualifying purchases, a total spend target, or collecting a set of SKUs.
The list you start from also decides what kind of card the New button creates.
Increase Attendance at Low-Demand Events: Drive traffic to under-attended games through repeat visit incentives.
Encourage Behavioral Patterns: Reinforce habits like attending full weekends of events or supporting smaller sports programs.
Enhance Sponsor Campaigns: Offer branded punch card incentives for partner visits or recurring purchases.
Award fans bonus points for attending multiple low demand events, like preseason games, or 3 out of 4 Olympic sporting events in the same weekend. Punch cards can also be used to incentivize visiting partner locations.
Set up a punch card for visiting Buffalo Wild Wings each weekend. Award fans points or a Buffalo Wild Wings t-shirt for visiting 2 out of 4 weekends in a month.
If you are a university, set up a punch card for attending three or more events during Spring Break or Winter Break (read more with this Blog Story)
Also, if you have multiple events going on during one weekend or week, promote all of your events as a Rewards Weekend/Week to increase engagement for those games (read more with this Blog Story)
Go here for Event Punch Cards or here for Purchase Punch Cards.
Both lists show the same columns:
Title, with the description underneath.
Events Required on the event list, or Punches Needed on the purchase list — a count, a spend target, or a number of SKUs, depending on the card's type.
Reward — the points, prize, sweepstakes, stored value, or coupon the card grants on completion.
Participating — how many members have earned at least one punch.
Punches — the total number of punches recorded.
Completed — how many completed punch cards.
Status — Active or Deleted.
Actions — View to open the card and edit it, or Delete.
There is also a search box that matches punch card titles and descriptions.

Completed Punch Cards Report – completed punch cards per member.
Participating Punch Cards Report – individual punch events as they occur.
Requested reports are collected under Reports & Imports › Past/Scheduled Reports.
