The Location Data tab is the quickest way to tell whether a member has geolocation turned on in your mobile app.
GPS Location Pings sits at the top, with a map of everywhere the member's app has reported in. Narrow the window with the 24h / 7d / 30d / 90d / All time buttons, or pick your own From and To dates and click Apply. When there's more than one ping, a Scrub time slider lets you drag through the window and watch the trail play out.
Below the map, the Ping Log lists every check with its Recorded At time and Latitude / Longitude. Click Show on map on any row to jump straight to that spot.
If the member has ever been picked up by one of your beacons, a Beacon Hits table appears underneath with the Seen At time, the Beacon name, and the Major, Minor, Proximity, and RSSI readings. No beacon hits means no table — that section stays hidden.
The Attendance tab is where you check a member's dwell time at an event.
By default you get a map of every venue the member has visited, plus an Attendance Records table listing each event with its Venue(s), when attendance Began, when it Ended, and how many Logs back it up.
Pick an event from the Select an event dropdown to drill in. You'll get:
A map of that event's venues with the member's GPS breadcrumbs from inside the event window
An Attendance Records table with a summary row (when they were first and last seen, and how they checked in) followed by each individual log — Description, Date, Purpose, Service, and Points
Beacon Ranges during the event, if any beacons picked them up
This is the best place to troubleshoot early arrival or stay late bonus point questions. If something looks wrong, Reprocess re-runs attendance processing for that record.
