Best Practices

Use codes across platforms to drive engagement both in-venue and remotely:

• Enter a promo code → 100 points

• Include promo codes during radio or TV broadcasts to reward fans for tuning into away games.

• Add codes to receipts or signage at concession stands and sponsor retail locations.

• Place event-specific codes at pep rallies, orientations, student org fairs, and campus-wide celebrations.

Here you are able to see the active, expired, and upcoming promo codes and discount codes. You are also able to create new promo and discount codes from this page, as well as, view the most recent promo code redemptions.

Tip: If you click on the redemptions number of a specific code, you'll find the members that redeemed that code.

Note: Members are able to redeem promo codes on the desktop, mobile web, and mobile app. Promo codes are only able to be redeemed once per user, during a single promo code duration. However, promo codes can be repeated during a different duration and members will be able to redeem that code again, once, during the new duration.
