Everything that goes out to members automatically is managed under Communications in the admin.
Open Notification Rules here — Communications › Notification Rules.
This one page lists every automatic notification configured on your site, whatever triggers it. Each row shows:
Type — what fires it, e.g. Post Registration Rule, Post Order Rule, Post Order Shipping Rule, Post Digital Order Rule, Expiring Points Rule, Happy Birthday Rule, Point Milestone Rule
Subject — the email subject line
Email Delivery — On or Off
There's a search box in the header if the list gets long — it matches on type and subject.
Click View on any row. The left side shows the rule's current setup plus an Email Preview so you can see how it will land; the right side is the Edit Rule form, where you can change:
Subject
Message
Email Delivery — tick it to switch the email on, untick to switch it off
Click Save Changes when you're done.
Click New Rule and pick a Rule Type. Three types can be created from here:
Post Order Rule
Post Registration Rule
Point Milestone Rule
Give it a Subject and a Message, tick Email Delivery, then click Create Rule.
You can also Delete a rule from its row in the list.
Post Registration Rule — sent as soon as someone successfully joins your program. Great for welcoming members, telling them what to expect, and linking them to the app download.
Post Order Rule — the confirmation sent as soon as a member redeems a prize.
Post Digital Order Rule — sent when a member redeems a digital code prize, delivering the code.
Post Order Shipping Rule — sent when a shipping order is marked completed or the tracking information is updated. This assumes all bundled orders have been marked completed.
Expiring Points Rule — sent to members with points expiring soon.
Happy Birthday Rule — sent on a member's birthday, when we know it.
Point Milestone Rule — sent when a member crosses a points threshold you choose.
Ad-hoc and scheduled pushes are composed from the Members page — the Compose entry at the top of the Communications menu takes you there. Anything queued for the future shows under Communications › Scheduled Pushes, where you can cancel it before it goes out.
There's also a Communications › Automated Notifications page covering lifecycle emails — card expired, card expiring soon, no card on file, subscription renewals. It's marked deprecated and restricted to super admins, so if you need a change there, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
