When you need more detail than a dashboard can give you, request a report. Go to Reports & Imports › Request a Report.
The page is split into five category tabs — Members, Point of Sale, Engagement, Prize Store, and Content. Each row names a report, describes what's in it, and gives you a Generate button. Expand a row's description to see the exact columns the CSV will contain.
1. Pick the category tab, find your report, and click Generate.
2. If the report reads a time window, set a Date Range. Quick buttons cover Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and Last year. Reports that are a snapshot rather than a range ask for a single Balance On date instead, and reports that ignore dates entirely don't ask at all.
3. Under Generate, choose Now or Later. Picking Later lets you set a date and time — the report runs automatically then, in your site's timezone.
4. Click Request Report.
You'll land on Past/Scheduled Reports, which is where every report is watched and downloaded. That's also where a scheduled report waits until its run time.
A few things you may run into:
A report that's already running shows a spinning percentage instead of Generate, so you can't accidentally queue it twice.
Some rows read Available on… and link elsewhere. Those reports are scoped to one specific record, so they're requested from that record's own page — see below.
If the platform is under heavy load, buttons read Unavailable for a while.
Admins with the Read Only role can browse this page but can't generate anything.

If you only want a subset of members rather than the whole roster, don't use the Users' Details report — filter the list instead.
1. Go to Members and narrow the list with search, level, status, tags, or a points range.
2. Click Download. The composer confirms how many members match your filters.
3. Open Customize Columns if you want to trim the CSV down, then request it.
For attendance, switch the Members list to the Attendance view, choose an event with the Event report picker, then click Download — that exports attendance for the event you picked.
Either way the file is prepared in the background, you'll get an email when it's ready, and it appears on Past/Scheduled Reports.
