The Activity and Point Ledger tabs in a member profile are where you go to answer "what has this person actually done, and what did they earn for it?"
Activity sits in the tab strip at the top of the profile. Point Ledger may be tucked under the More dropdown at the right end of that strip, depending on how wide your window is.
The Activity tab is the raw log — every action recorded for this member, whether or not it earned points. Each row shows:
Type — what the member did
Date
Subject — the specific thing they interacted with
Awarded — the points that action earned, or Not scored if it didn't match a scoring rule
Click Detail on any scored row to see the full breakdown for that activity.

The Point Ledger is the money side of the same story — only the activities that actually moved points. Each row shows:
Activity
Date
Awarded
Spent
Expired — the number of points that expired unspent
Expiration Date, when your program expires points
Click Detail to open the full record for that entry.
