Every report you request lands here: Reports & Imports › Past/Scheduled Reports. This is the collect half of the job — Request a Report owns the catalog and the parameters, this page owns the results.
Each row shows:
ID
Type — the report, with its date range underneath when it has one
Status
Requested — when you asked for it
Actions
A report still running shows a progress bar with a live percentage — handy for the report you requested seconds before jumping to this page.
A finished report reads Ready, followed by its row count.
A finished report with nothing in it reads Empty report, so you can tell a headers-only CSV from a real one at a glance.
A report you scheduled for later reads Scheduled, followed by the time it will run.
A report that hit a problem reads Errored.
If some rows couldn't be written, you'll see a warning saying how many are missing from the CSV. A short file that looks complete is worse than an empty one, so this is called out explicitly.
Download appears as soon as a report is ready.
Cancel appears while a report is requested, preparing, processing, or scheduled. Cancelling a scheduled report calls off the future run; cancelling a running one discards the partial work.
Retry appears on an errored report and re-runs it with the same type and date range.
New Report at the top takes you back to Request a Report.
On programs with older export history, a second Legacy tab appears alongside Reports. Those rows are read-only records of exports generated in the previous admin tool; you can still download them.
