Member Profile Dashboard

Open any member from Members, and the first tab you land on is Overview — a high-level picture of how that person is engaging with your program.

The member header

The header sits above every tab in the member profile, so you never lose track of who you're looking at:

• Name and email — with an Undeliverable warning if their email is bouncing

• Membership level badge

• Inactive since badge, if they've gone quiet

• Tags applied to this member on your site

• User ID and the date they joined

What's on Overview

• Points Earned, Points Spent, Points Available, and Points Expired

• Active / Not active status, with the date they were last seen

• Last Attended — the most recent event they attended, with a map of the venue and a link straight to their attendance record

• Connections — any linked services, showing Type, Status, Username, User ID, and when they connected

• Most Visited and Last Viewed pages

• Engagement (last 12 weeks) — a chart of scored activities per week

• Engagement — a filterable feed of their activity, with Date, Activity, Points Earned, and Adjustments. Filter by date range and activity type, then click View on any row to open the full detail.

Tip: The Engagement filters are the fastest way to answer "did this member get points for X?" Set the date range, pick the activity type, and hit Apply.
