Visit the Sweepstakes Dashboard here in the Admin

Filtering Sweepstakes

You're able to filter your sweepstakes by four different buckets:

1. Active Sweepstakes

2. Upcoming Sweepstakes

3. Ended Sweepstakes

4. All Sweepstakes

Dashboard Details

In the dashboard you can see:

1. The Title of your sweepstakes

2. The Number of Entries that have been entered across all users for each sweepstakes

3. The Number of Points required to enter (Points/Each)

4. Start Date of your Sweepstakes

5. End Date of your Sweepstakes

Actions

By hitting the Actions button from the dashboard you can also:

1. Edit the Sweepstakes

2. Duplicate the Sweepstakes

3. Download Entries from the Sweepstakes

Note: If you would like to redraw a winner of a sweepstakes, go to your Ended Sweepstakes and then hit on the name of the Sweepstakes that you would like to redraw. That should bring you to a screen like this where you can hit the redraw button to reshuffle the sweepstakes winner.

Please note that we do not automatically send a notification to winners of any sweepstakes, in case you need to re-draw the winners for any reason.
