Profile Completion

Here you are able to manage which questions will be asked of members to complete or update within their profile. You're able to turn all profile manager preferences on or off and even require preferences to be filled out at registration by your members. To change the order of the questions asked, simply drag and drop. After dragging a preference into the position that you wish, the system will automatically save it in place.

7. Profile Photo

Tip: We advise Address Editor to always be set into the last position, as it can get extensive. This has the ability to save multiple addresses. Members are able to manage multiple addresses within their profile, or even while redeeming for a prize.

Reward

The Reward section lets you give members points the first time they complete their profile.

1. Check Enabled to turn the reward on. Members earn the points the first time every requirement you’ve ticked is filled in.

2. Enter the number of points in Points awarded (for example, 250).

3. Click Save Reward.

Note: The reward is given once per member, ever. If a member edits or clears a field later and fills it in again, they will not earn the points a second time.

Members who already have a complete profile when you turn the reward on are not paid all at once. They receive their points the next time they visit.

Preview

The Preview shows how the Complete Your Profile card will look on a member’s home stream. It updates based on the settings on this page.

The card shows members how many of their profile requirements are done (for example, “2 of 5 done”), a progress bar, and the Next up field they still need to fill in.

Note: The progress shown in the Preview is sample data, not a real member’s profile. In the app, members can tap the Next up row to go straight to that field. The Preview is a still image, so the row cannot be tapped here.

Who Qualifies Today

Who Qualifies Today gives you an estimate of how many of your recently active members would already meet your profile requirements.

1. Make sure you have saved your profile requirements.

2. Click Estimate now.

The estimate samples up to 2,000 members who have been active in the last 90 days and checks them against your saved requirements.

Note: Only saved requirements are used. If you’ve ticked or unticked a requirement without saving, save first and then run the estimate again.

This is an estimate from a sample, not an exact count of your full member list. Running an estimate does not award any points.
