Import Ticketmaster AV Barcode

Ticketmaster Av Barcode loads and updates Ticketmaster AV barcodes. Existing barcodes are updated, new ones are created.

Find it in the admin under Reports & Imports › Imports, at app.fanmaker.com/admin/settings/imports. Pick Ticketmaster Av Barcode from the What are you importing? picker.

Note: This import only appears for programs set up to retrieve Ticketmaster barcodes.

Upload the export as it comes

This is the one import you don't build a file for. Take the Ticketmaster AV export and upload it unchanged — its columns have to match exactly, so don't rename them, don't reorder them, and don't delete the ones you think you don't need.

That's also why there's no example CSV to download for this type. Ticketmaster's export is the template.

Tip: If the review report tells you columns are missing, you're almost certainly looking at an export that's been opened and re-saved, or trimmed down. Go back to the original export file and upload that.
