Streaks (managed here) reward fans for attending events back to back. Unlike Punch Cards, you don't build anything to get started — every fan is tracked on an all-events streak automatically, and the second consecutive check-in is the start of a streak. From there you can target streaks to specific groups of events and attach rewards that fire when a fan hits a threshold you set.
Drive repeat attendance automatically: Every check-in builds a streak with no setup, turning “showing up again” into a goal fans want to protect.
Reward what matters to you: Track an overall streak for every fan, plus optional streaks targeted to a sport, series, or any group of tagged events.
Layer on incentives when you want them: Attach reward rules that grant points, a sweepstakes entry, a prize, or Stored Value at the thresholds you choose.
Celebrate in the app: Fans see a full-screen celebration on check-in, styled in your colors, with progress toward their next reward.
Once Streaks are live, every fan in your program is automatically building an all-events streak — one that counts every event they attend. A single check-in isn't a streak yet; the second consecutive check-in starts one. There is nothing to turn on to get this baseline experience.
A targeted streak is what a streak is counted against. Every program has one built-in All Events streak that is always on. You can add targeted streaks to track streaks for a specific group of events — for example a Men's Basketball streak, a Women's Basketball streak, or a Home Games streak.
To add a targeted streak:
1. Open the Streaks page in the Beta CMS.
2. Under Targeted Streaks, select Add Targeted Streak.
3. Choose one or more event tags. One targeted streak is created per tag, and only events carrying that tag count toward its streak.
4. Save. The new targeted streak appears in the list, where you can disable or delete it later.

Reward rules are optional. A rule fires when a fan's streak on a given target reaches the threshold you set. To create one:
1. On the Streaks page, select New Reward Rule.
2. Choose the targeted streak the rule applies to (All Events or one of your targeted streaks).
3. Enter the threshold — the streak length that earns the reward. The minimum is 2, since a single check-in isn't a streak.
4. Choose the reward:
Points — added to the fan's balance.
Prize — an item from your store. Use a prize to award merchandise, an experience, or a discount or coupon.
Sweepstakes entry — a free entry into an active drawing.
Stored Value — a dollar amount credited to the fan's account.
5. Save. The rule is enabled by default and appears in the Reward rules list.

Each rule fires once per streak run. If a fan breaks a streak and rebuilds it back to the threshold, the rule fires again for the new run. Prize rewards are created as an order in your Rewards Store, so every award a fan receives — including coupons issued through a prize — is captured with a full record of what was granted and when.
You can set a custom icon per streak so each streak matches your brand — your primary logo for the All Events streak, a sport icon for a tagged one. From the Streaks page, use the icon control on any targeted streak row to upload or replace an image (PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG, up to 1 MB), or remove it to fall back to the default. If you don't set one, streaks use a default flame icon.
When a fan checks in and their streak grows, they see a full-screen celebration — the same treatment used for check-in and Punch Card confirmations. The streak counts up, progress toward the next reward is shown, and the whole moment is styled in your team's colors automatically.
Rewards are optional, but the recognition isn't. Even with no rules attached, fans see their current streak and get a callout when they set a new personal best. Fans can also view their active streaks on the Streaks page in your app.

By default, streaks begin the day Streaks go live — every fan starts at zero. For select programs, we can backfill the All Events streak from a fan's recent attendance history so long-time season ticket holders start with a streak already in progress. Backfill applies to the All Events streak only; targeted streaks always begin at launch.
Keep the All Events streak as your always-on engagement layer, and add targeted streaks where you want to drive a specific behavior. Use reward rules to give fans something concrete to chase at the moments that matter most for your program.
Create a Men's Basketball targeted streak and set a rule that awards 5,000 points at a 5-game streak to reward your most dedicated students across a conference slate.
For a professional club, add a Home Games streak and offer a prize at a 10-game streak — an exclusive item or experience that only your most loyal season ticket holders will reach.
Running a program with no reward budget for this? Leave the rules off. The All Events streak and personal-best callouts still give fans bragging rights that keep them coming back.
