Purchase punch cards reward fans for buying things. Each qualifying purchase earns a punch, and finishing the card earns a reward.
Point of Sale › Purchase Punch Cards
You aren't asked to pick a card family. Opening the form from Purchase Punch Cards sets that for you, and everything can be set up on this one page.
Go to Point of Sale › Purchase Punch Cards and click New Purchase Punch Card.
Work through the form, watching the live preview of the member-facing card as you go.
Title — required, up to 120 characters.
Subtitle — required, up to 255 characters. This is the description members see.
Type — choose how the card is completed:
Purchase-based (qualifying SKUs) — the fan buys qualifying items.
SKU Passport (collect SKUs) — the fan collects each required item.
Start date / End date — optional. The start date is when the card becomes available, and the end date is when it's hidden.
Purchases needed — how many qualifying purchases complete a purchase-based card.
SKU bucket (optional) — limit the card to a saved group of SKUs.
Qualifying / required SKUs — search by name or stock ID and add each SKU. Order matters, with the top of the list first. You can add an image for each item.
Title image — a 340×108 transparent PNG that replaces the title text on the member-facing card. It must be a PNG.
Stamp image — a square PNG used for each punch.
Stamp icon, Punch fill colour and Punch mark colour — control how each punch looks.
An optional rich text box. What you write shows in the member app under "How to Participate".
Pick the Reward type. A card gets exactly one reward, and you then fill in the field that appears:
Grant points — enter Points to grant.
Grant a prize — choose the prize.
Grant a sweepstakes entry — choose the sweepstakes.
Grant stored value — enter an amount and choose the source bank.
Assign a coupon — choose a coupon to draw codes from. The list shows how many codes are left.
Allowed membership levels — limit the card to certain levels.
Restrict to users on the allow list — only fans with the tag you enter can see the card.
Exclude users on the block list — fans with the tag you enter are kept out.
Click Create Purchase Punch Card. You'll land back on the Purchase Punch Cards list.
After the card is live
Open it from View in the list to edit it or see Recent Entries.
You can't change the Type once fans have earned punches on the card.
Deleting a card from the list or its page removes it for fans.
