TM Purchases

View and troubleshoot Ticketmaster purchase history and plan data for individual members.

The TM Purchases tab is on a member's profile in the Members section of the Fanmaker Admin. It shows the member's Ticketmaster ticket purchases, including tickets bought as part of a season ticket plan.

Where to find it

Members › open a member › TM Purchases (in the member's top navigation).

Note: The tab only appears if the Ticketmaster integration is set up for your program. If you don't see it, contact your Fanmaker representative or [email protected].

Ticketmaster Account card

At the top of the page, the Ticketmaster Account card shows the member's Account ID, Name and Email as they appear in Ticketmaster.

Purchases table

Each row is one purchase. The table shows:

  • Name — the event's name.

  • Plan Name — the plan the ticket belongs to, if it was bought as part of a season ticket or other plan. Single-game purchases show "—".

  • Event Name — the Ticketmaster event code.

  • Price Code

  • Section, Row, Seat #

  • Qty — the number of seats.

  • Paid Amount

  • Points Awarded — the points the member earned for the purchase.

  • Additional Members — a ⚠ warning, with a member name, when another member has a point award for a ticket with the same seat assignment. This can mean a ticket transfer or a reassigned Ticketmaster ID. Click the name to open that member's TM Purchases page.

Tip: Members with a plan will have one row for each game on the plan. The Plan Name value is the same on each of those rows, which makes plan purchases easy to spot.

Sync and re-score a member

Two buttons sit on the Ticketmaster Account card (they aren't shown to view-only roles):

  • Re-score Purchases — re-scores the purchases already synced for this member.

  • Sync & Re-score — pulls this member's latest purchases from Ticketmaster, then scores them. The button shows "Syncing…" while it runs, and a Retry banner appears if the sync fails. New purchases appear within a few minutes.

Use Sync & Re-score when a member says a recent purchase is missing.

Troubleshooting

"No Ticketmaster account linked to this member."
The member doesn't have a Ticketmaster ID. To add one:

  1. Open the member's Profile from the member navigation.

  2. In Identifiers & Membership, find Ticketmaster ID. If it shows a dash ("-"), no ID is stored.

  3. Click the dash and enter the member's Ticketmaster ID. It has to be a number, and an ID can only belong to one member in your program. Entering one that's already in use shows "This Ticketmaster ID has already been assigned to another user."

  4. Return to TM Purchases.

You can also add Ticketmaster IDs in bulk with a member import.

"Linked TM ID … not found in the local ticketmaster_users table for this site."
The member has an ID, but Fanmaker doesn't have a matching Ticketmaster account for it yet. This can happen right after an ID is added, because it can take several hours to resolve. If it persists, the ID may be wrong or may not match the ID in Ticketmaster. Contact your Fanmaker representative.

"No Ticketmaster purchases found for this member."
The account is linked, but there are no purchases stored. Try Sync & Re-score. The member may also genuinely have no purchases.

The data looks out of date.
Ticketmaster data is pulled at intervals, not in real time. Use Sync & Re-score to pull the latest for one member.

The TM Purchases tab isn't visible.
The Ticketmaster integration isn't enabled for your program. Contact your Fanmaker administrator or [email protected].
