Bulk Edit Events

Bulk edit lets you change the same settings across multiple events in one step, such as point values, check-in windows, venues, tags or audience.

Editing Events in Bulk

1. Go to Events › Events.

2. Use the When filter and search to narrow the list.

3. Tick the checkbox next to each event you want to change.

4. Click Bulk edit. Use Show list to confirm which events are selected.

5. Switch on each field you want to change and enter the new value.

6. Click Apply to X events.

Note: Only the fields you switch on are changed. Every other setting keeps its current value on each event, so events with different point values stay different unless you switch that field on.

Note: You can bulk edit up to 10 events at a time, you cannot select events on multiple pages.

What You Can Change

Basic Info & Ticketing: Venues, Ticket Purchase URL and Event Image.

Attendance & Points: Check-in enabled, Attendance Points, check-in window, Early Arrival Bonus and Stay Late Bonus.

Watch: Watch enabled, Initial Watch Points and the Watch window.

Audience & Visibility: Event Tags, Membership levels allowed, allow and block lists, and topic restrictions.

Note: Changing Venues replaces the venue on every selected event, which also changes the check-in location.

Tip: For Event Tags, choose Add these tags to keep each event's existing tags. Replace with these tags removes all other tags, including any used by punch cards, streaks or leaderboards.

Bulk edit doesn't change event names, dates or times. Edit those on the event itself. See Creating a New Event.
