Card Linking Dashboard

Card linking lets fans connect a credit or debit card to their account and earn points automatically on purchases at participating merchants. The Card Linking Dashboard shows how many cards are linked and how many transactions have been awarded.

Note: Card linking is powered by Fidel and is only available on programs with it set up. Contact your Fanmaker representative or [email protected] for details.

Reading the Dashboard

Use the range picker in the top right (7d to 180d) to change the time window.

Linked Cards

• Total: cards currently linked.

• Members: members with at least one linked card.

• New: cards linked in the selected window.

Transactions

• Awarded: card purchases that earned points, all time and in the selected window.

• Unscored: purchases from linked cards that didn't earn points.

Charts

• New links per day and Awarded transactions per day

• Card scheme: which card networks fans are linking.

• Top brands: where awarded transactions happened.

Tip: Check New links per day after promoting card linking to see how many fans responded.

Linked Accounts Report

For a full list of linked cards, click Request the Fidel Linked Accounts report at the bottom of the page, or request it from Reports & Imports › Request a Report. It includes one row per linked card with the member's User ID, email, card type and first card digits.
