Vouchers Import

Import voucher codes and assign them to fans

Voucher imports create vouchers from a list of codes, and can assign each voucher to a fan. Assigned vouchers appear on the fan's digital card.

Note: Vouchers are imported from the Vouchers page, not Reports & Imports › Imports. Choosing Vouchers on the Imports page shows a Go to Vouchers button.

Where to find it

Point of Sale › Vouchers › + Voucher

File Format

  • code (required): the voucher code.

  • email (optional): assigns the voucher to that fan. An email that isn't a member yet still gets the voucher, recorded against that address.

  • name, description, initial_value (optional): override the form values for that row. initial_value is in cents (2500 = $25.00).

Tip: If a batch was imported with the wrong values, use Delete vouchers… on the voucher group and re-import. Vouchers with any spend, refund or redemption activity are kept.

To generate new codes instead of importing them, use Bulk Create. See Vouchers.
