When looking to find out more detailed information it is helpful to request reports. You would do this by going to the Request a Report page. Here is the list of reports and what information they will provide.
Point awards are backdated to when the action was performed, not when we receive it. This shows up most frequently with ticket purchases, which are frequently purchased months before awards are granted.
A snapshot of users’ points balance at a given time. This report requires a date range.
This report shows the current point balance, quantity of points earned, and points marked as spent on purchases for each user of your program.
This report is time boxed. The starting date is either the beginning of your program or the date on which points are expired. The ending date is either now, or a time you select. You’re able to select a previous date if you would like to.
This is the most commonly used report and generates detailed information for all users.
If you would like to filter to a smaller subset of users, go to the members tab and select the members you wish to generate this information, then click download. This will generate a users details report for the selected members.
This generates a record of prize store orders during the selected time frame.
This can be very helpful when looking to complete a bulk list of orders.
A list of attendance records for all events within the selected time frame. This report generates method of check-in, arrival time, known duration of attendance, bonus points earned, venue name, and more for each event during the selected time frame.
If using the sponsor kiosk function, this report exports sponsor scan activity in mass. This can be helpful to provide your sponsors’ total numbers of check-ins at their kiosk.
This report generates a list of venues with the number of checkins at each venue location during the selected timeframe.
This is especially helpful if you use our map function for bar locations or sponsor locations. It is also great to utilize when you have multiple venues (possibly across campus) or if you are pushing members to a specific venue for a promotion.

When viewing the member profile for a specific member, you can download a report of their activity that includes all positive points earned, as well as, redemptions of when points were spent.
When viewing an event within the attendance dashboard you can download a detailed report of who attended that event.
These reports are limited to specific features that may not be used by every program, but are available to anyone with these features enabled.
This report provides all survey answers during the time frame you set.
This report generates all users that have completed any of your punch cards.
This report provides the full list of user entries for qualified events across all punch cards.
This report provides all user-view impressions for offers.
This report provides all user redemptions for offers including email address, date, and time of the redemption.
This report provides all user redemptions for discount codes.
This report provides unique visits per platform for each user during the date range you set.
An overview of barcodes for a given time range.
An overview of gift cards activated.
An overview of stored value user balances for all time.
An overview of stored value user spends and refunds for the date range you set.
An overview of cash backs for the date range you set.
An overview of stored value funding during the date range you set.
