Subscription Plans
To add membership plans to your kids club program please notify your FanMaker POC at least a few weeks before you want the plan to go live so that we can set things up properly for you.
What we will need from you to set-up your plan:
- Name
- Price
- Static or Dynamic - Is this plan going to be a one-time charge or a dynamic charge of a set number of days, weeks, months or years?
- Plan Start Date: First day that the plan will be live
- Plan End Date: End date of your plan
- Prizes: If you want to associate a prize with the subscription plan
- Shipping: Do you plan to ship the membership kit yes or no
- Available Start: first day that someone may sign-up for the program
- Available End Date: last day that someone may sign-up for the program
- Description: the description that will show to users when they are selecting their plan
After the plans are added and have passed the first available date they will appear at the bottom of the screen when a user is adding a child to your program like below:
If a paid plan is chosen, the kids will be brought to a checkout screen like below, there they will be asked to verify their shipping address and also if they want to auto-renew their subscription annually or apply a discount code to their purchase.
Once users have completed adding free plans to their kids or pay for their paid memberships, if there were any prizes associated with your memberships then they will go into the pending orders tab in the Admin. See help doc about the orders tab and how to mark items as picked up, how to print packaging slips, etc.

Tip - To add a discount code to be eligible to use at checkout in your program go to the promo codes section of the Admin.

What Code this is For
What Amount this is For
Start Date of When the Code is Valid
End Date of When the Code Expires
Note: Auto-renew is only eligible for Paid membership plans. For those that don't select Auto-Renew, and if you elect to turn these notifications on, we will send Automated Emails to users alerting them of their plan expiring so they can go in and purchase the next year's plan if its available. This is why it can be a good idea to have your next year's plan be made available at least a month or so in advance.
