Open Events › Events in the admin, then click an event's name (or Dashboard in its row actions) to see its dashboard.
The dashboard is per event. Its header shows the event name, its Event # ID, the start time, and the location. Use the event switcher dropdown in the top right to jump straight to another event's dashboard without going back to the list.
Three buttons sit beside the switcher:
Edit — open the event's setup form.
Appeals — review attendance appeals for this event.
Rescore Event — re-run this event's attendance scoring.
The total of unique people attending the event.
The total of people that watched the event, if that feature is turned on for the event.
The percentage of Total Attendance that are members of the program, identified by ticket scans or checking in.
Total amount of paid revenue for the event. We pull this from a ticketing integration if one is applicable.
If you have a POS integration in place, this shows the total revenue from your food and beverage purchases for that event.
If you have a POS integration in place, this shows the total revenue from your merchandise for that event.
This chart shows distinct members per hour, in your site's time zone, broken out by the method each person used to check in. Lifetime per-method totals appear in the chart's legend.
This opens with a plain-language headline — how early or late members arrived, and how long they stayed — with the non-member figure underneath for comparison. Below that is a breakdown of how many people fell into each arrival and departure segment.
It gives you a read on whether early arrival bonus points and stay late bonus points are making a difference in how long members stay in your venue versus non-members.
This is useful for following up with members who arrived after the event started: telling them about early arrival bonus points may change their behavior, get them in earlier, and increase what they spend in your venue.
On programs with a POS integration, this chart maps total and member revenue for food & beverage and merchandise across the event window, plus three hours either side, so the chart reconciles with the Concessions and Merchandise tiles above.
Which sections drew the most attendance, with the share who were members. Section data comes from ticket-scan feeds, so this is empty on programs without one.
Attendees ranked by lifetime points in your program, with what each of them spent at that particular event.
