The words fans read are set in the Terminology & Site Copy card on Settings › General in the admin. Click the card's heading to expand it if it's collapsed, and click Save Settings at the bottom of the page when you're done.
Labels the field a fan types their member ID into. Leave it blank and members see "Member ID".
Customize it to whatever your members will recognize, so that when you ask for their ID it's something specific rather than generic.
Guidance shown where a fan is asked for their member ID — the registration step and the profile's Member ID page. This is the place to remove ambiguity, for example telling members whether you want their Student ID or their Paciolan ID.
These two fields sit together in one box, because the term and the guidance that explains it belong to each other.
Like the Member ID term, this is yours to customize. If your school has a specific name for the student ID, put it here.
The heading on a trivia story. Blank uses "Play Trivia". There's a 40-character limit, with a counter beside the field.
Shown before a trivia question starts.
The heading above the sponsor ad on the Action Stream, which gives the ads a section header like the other sections around them. Blank shows "Our Sponsors".
When a fan connects their ticketing account, they do it from a card in your program. The wording on that card is set in its own Ticket Connect Card section further down the General Settings page, not here. It holds:
Card title — the heading on the card. Blank uses the ticketing provider's default.
Card description — the subtitle under the title. Blank uses the provider's default.
Account-number label — labels the field a fan types their ticket account number into. If you use Ticketmaster, for instance, "Ticketmaster account number" tells members exactly which account to reach for. Blank uses the provider's default.
Connect points — the points actually awarded, once, the first time a fan connects their account.
Display points — the figure advertised on the card. This is copy only, so set it to match Connect points.
