This guide walks you through setting up your users in the Fanmaker system and sending them their personalized Mobile Wallet Passes via email, including QR codes and wallet pass links.

Creating a Mobile Wallet Loyalty Pass
Guide to designing and setting up a mobile wallet loyalty pass for Apple and Google Wallets.
Navigate to the Members import page and import your users using the Create Members import type. This will create accounts for each of your users.
We recommend tagging your users so you can easily segment and filter them. You can do this in bulk by running a Tags import from the same import page. Use a descriptive tag such as "STMs", "STHs", or "2026 Members" to identify this group.
Once your users are created and tagged:
1. Go to the Members tab.
2. Use the tag filter at the top of the screen to filter the list by your tag.
3. Once filtered, select the checkbox in the top-left corner next to the Username header to select all users with that tag.
With your users selected:
1. Click Email in the top-right corner.
2. Enter your Subject Line.
3. Write your email body using the WYSIWYG editor, or click the pen icon to write or paste in HTML.
4. Include the {qr_code} variable in the email body. This inserts each user's unique QR code.
5. Include the {wallet_pass_url} variable to provide each user a personalized link to add their Mobile Wallet Pass to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
