This guide walks you through how to load TDC users into Fanmaker and associate their TDC IDs. The process involves two imports: a Create Members Load to add users to the portal, followed by a Reports Identifier Load to link each user to their TDC ID.
TDC IDs must be loaded into Fanmaker so that the system can properly award TDC points when users scan tickets at events. Without a TDC ID linked to a user's Fanmaker account, points cannot be attributed correctly. Complete both steps below before any ticketed events take place.

A spreadsheet application capable of saving CSV files with MS-DOS formatting (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
If your users are not yet in Fanmaker, you need to import them first using a Create Members load.
Create a CSV file with two columns: email and password.
email — Populate this column with the email addresses of all users you need to add.
password — Leave this column blank for every row. Do not enter any passwords.
password
Note on Passwords: Fanmaker uses a one-time code login process. When a user logs in for the first time, a unique alphanumeric code will be sent to their email inbox. They will use that code to log in — no password setup is required.
Save the file as a CSV with MS-DOS formatting (in Excel: Save As → CSV (MS-DOS)).
Go to the Imports tab in Fanmaker.
Upload the CSV file as a Create Members import.
Once your members are in the portal, you need to associate each user with their TDC ID using a Reports Identifier load.
Create a CSV file with three columns: email, identifier, and identifier_type.
email — The email addresses of the users you are associating with TDC IDs (must match the emails already loaded in Fanmaker).
identifier — The TDC ID for each user.
identifier_type — Enter tdc_id for every row.
email identifier identifier_type

100567 | tdc_id | |

Save the file as a CSV with MS-DOS formatting (in Excel: Save As → CSV (MS-DOS)).
Go to the Imports tab in Fanmaker.
Select Reports Identifier as the import type.
Upload the CSV file.

All CSV files must be saved with MS-DOS formatting before uploading.
All uploads go through the Imports tab in Fanmaker.
Users will receive a one-time alphanumeric code via email on their first login — no manual password setup is needed.
Make sure the email addresses in Step 2 match those loaded in Step 1.
