Use the record event attendance feature to manually give someone an attendance record.
You can also use the attendance import to do this for multiple users at once.
Either of these methods will help with some sort of technology error or if it is an event that may be using an external system than what is already integrated with FanMaker for your program.
Here are the steps to use for the manually record event feature:
Select the event in question
Select the user that you want to add the attendance record for
Select the time that the user was intending to check-in - this is important if you had an early arrival bonus to reward the user
