Profile Configuration

Here you are able to manage which questions will be asked of members to complete or update within their profile. You're able to turn all profile manager preferences on or off and even require preferences to be filled out at registration by your members. To change the order of the questions asked, simply drag and drop. After dragging a preference into the position that you wish, the system will automatically save it in place.

Desktop

Tip: We advise Address Editor to always be set into the last position, as it can get extensive. This has the ability to save multiple addresses. Members are able to manage multiple addresses within their profile, or even while redeeming for a prize.

Note: SMS and Email List are opt in lists and will only show up in our User Details report. Some of our clients use this to get members to sign up for a list external from our system.
