The Fanmaker Shopify integration supports the following features in any combination:
Fanmaker Mobile Wallet — Fans scan their wallet pass or ticket at any register
Gift Cards — Redeem gift card balances at checkout
Loaded Tickets — Supports Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, and Ticket Return
Vouchers — Apply vouchers during transactions
Discounts & Coupons — Apply Fanmaker discount codes at checkout
Stored Value (SV) Payments — Pay using stored value loaded to the Fanmaker mobile wallet
Loyalty Point Earning — Earn loyalty points on Shopify purchases
Loyalty Point Scoring — Add point scoring here in the admin to allow for loyalty point earning.

Shopify Integration Setup
Enable Shopify admin access so the Fanmaker team can configure the integration, connect APIs and webhooks, and enable merchandise sales tracking.
1. Go to the Discounts tab
2. Click Create discount
3. Select the type of discount you want for the CODE
4. Make sure the method selected says: Discount code
5. Type the discount code, must be equal to the code stored in Fanmaker system
6. Define the discount amount and other eligibility rules if desired
7. Make sure that at least product and order discount combinations are marked
Note: The discount code in Shopify must exactly match the code stored in the Fanmaker system. If there is any difference in spelling or casing, the discount will not apply.
Tip: When setting up discount combinations, ensure both Product discounts and Order discounts are checked so that Fanmaker discounts can stack properly at checkout.
Use the scenarios below to verify that the integration is working correctly. Test each scenario that applies to your setup.

What to verify: Fan receives loyalty points for the purchase. You can pull a report to help confirm.

3. Click Pay with Stored Value Balance — once the SV payment is confirmed (the $$$ paid message), the total amount won't automatically change. The cashier needs to do the following:

5. Go to Cart
6. Click Checkout $$
7. Select Payment method:
If payment was totally covered with SV credits, click "Fanmaker"
If payment was partially covered with SV credits, click "Split payment" and manually type the amounts paid with each method. For example, if payment 1 is "Cash" and payment 2 is "Fanmaker", define the amounts for each one and save.
8. Click "Mark as paid"
What to verify: Stored value deducts the correct amount and loyalty points are earned.
