Ticketing Overview

Fanmaker integrates with the major ticketing providers, so your members can earn points for buying tickets, renewing season tickets and attending games. Your Fanmaker team handles the technical setup. You tell us how you want fans rewarded, and we’ll build it.

How Setup Works

1. Let us know your provider. Reach out to your Fanmaker Point of Contact or [email protected].

2. Send us your setup details. Use the checklist in your provider’s article.

3. We connect and configure. Fanmaker connects your account, manages credentials and builds your scoring rules.

4. Review and launch. We’ll confirm everything with you before fans start earning.

Tip: Decide how you want to reward fans before you reach out. For example: which games count, how many points per dollar, and whether resale or transferred tickets should earn. It’s the biggest factor in how quickly we can go live.

After You’re Connected

• Connect Tickets card. Members link their ticket account from the Connect Tickets card. You can customize the card’s copy and the points fans earn for linking. See Connect Tickets Description.

• Member purchases. On Ticketmaster programs, a member’s ticket purchases appear on their profile. See TM Purchases.

• Changes. Need a scoring rule added or changed mid-season? Email [email protected] with the details.
